  • Worked closely with the President and Senior Management to develop and execute a strategic vision and long-term plan including evaluation of the financial management and budgeting process, internal controls, accounting systems, and the development of key performance metrics to drive return on invested capital.

  • Collaborate on the development of the procurement card purchasing process and perform periodic audits on total spend and limits.
     
  • Performed payables discounting arrangement analysis determining no benefit would result from this program.
     
  • Developed hourly wage analysis to help facilitate union contract negotiations.
     
  • Formulated vital information for the preparation of the annual report, 10K, and other required filings.
  • Responsible for month-end and year-end closings and coordinate year-end audit procedures with outside accounting firm.
